SparkoSigning In With a Magic Link
A magic link is the simplest way to sign in to Sparko. You enter your work email, we send you a one-time sign-in link, and clicking it signs you in. No password to type or remember.
This is the default sign-in experience. If your company also uses passwords, single sign-on, Google, or passkeys, those still work too.
Signing in
- Go to your sign-in page.
- Enter your work email.
- Click Send sign-in link.
- Open the email from Sparko and click the link inside.
- You are signed in and taken into the app.
You do not need to know your company's workspace address first. Sparko finds the right workspace from your email address and sends the link there.
About the link
- The link works once and expires after 15 minutes.
- If you request a new link, any earlier unused link stops working.
- The link opens your own company's workspace. That is how you learn your workspace address if you have forgotten it: it is in the email.
If you do not see the email
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- On the "Check your email" screen, click Resend link. There is a short cooldown between sends, shown on the button.
- Click Use a different email if you typed the wrong address.
For your security, Sparko always shows the same "check your email" message whether or not an account exists for that address. This prevents strangers from learning who has an account.
Other ways to sign in from the same page
The sign-in page also offers:
- Sign in with Google: if your company allows Google sign-in.
- Login using workspace ID: takes you to the classic email and password page for your workspace. Use this if you prefer a password, or if your company uses single sign-on or passkeys.
