Main Navigation

Sidebar Navigation

The left sidebar has eight top-level entries (what you see depends on your permissions):

Home # Your personalized dashboard
My Hub # Approvals, reviews, tasks & updates in one inbox
People # Directory, org chart & (for recruiters) hiring tabs
Career # Skills, certifications & career framework
Time & Leave # PTO & timesheets
Engagement # Recognition, surveys & reflections
Performance # OKRs, reviews, 1-on-1s & (for managers) compensation tabs
Analytics # Cross-company reporting (managers and admins)

Recruiting lives as a labeled tab group inside People, and Compensation as a labeled tab group inside Performance — only users with the matching permissions see those groups. My Profile and Admin Settings are in the avatar menu at the bottom of the sidebar.

Collapsing the Sidebar

  • Click the collapse icon (<<) to minimize the sidebar
  • Hover over icons to see module names
  • Click again to expand

Module Sub-Navigation

Each module has its own tab strip in the top bar. For example, Performance includes:

  • Dashboard
  • Goals
  • Roadmap
  • Reviews
  • Peer Surveys
  • 1-on-1s
  • Compensation group (managers and HR): Comp Hub, Salary Bands, Payroll Run

Your Home dashboard

Home opens on the Ask Sparko bar and your daily brief. The brief is built from your own data, not written by AI: what is waiting on you, how your goals are tracking, what is coming up next, and your time off. Each line has one button that takes you straight there. Below that sits your daily check-in.

If you have already dealt with the brief, the small x in its corner hides it until tomorrow.

If you are still onboarding, a "Finish setting up" card sits above the brief with your remaining tasks. Continue opens your onboarding portal. Remind me later puts the card away for the rest of the session; it comes back at your next sign-in.

Under those come the cards you can rearrange: Team updates, Company updates, My goals, Your team, Upcoming events, Time off, and My awards.

Your stat tiles are hidden until you ask for them. Click the stats icon in the blue bar at the top of Home to show or hide them.

Rearranging the cards

  1. Click the layout icon in the blue bar at the top of Home.
  2. Each card gets a small drag handle at its top-left corner and a dashed outline.
  3. Drag the cards into the order you want.
  4. Click the icon again to finish.

Your order is saved in the browser, so it follows you on that device and browser rather than across your account. Clearing site data resets Home to the default order.

Only the seven cards move. The hero, the daily brief and the check-in always sit in the same place because they change with your role and the time of day.

Pinned announcements

A company announcement can be pinned, which floats it to the top of Home for everyone it targets until it is unpinned or expires. Pinning is for the handful of things everyone genuinely has to see — pin everything and nothing stands out.

Once you have read it, Dismiss clears it from your Home for good. That is saved to your account, so it stays gone on every device.
